Terms of Trade

🎉 Booking and Payment​​

• 30% deposit required to confirm your booking

• Balance due on or before the event date

• 6% late payment fee applies unless arranged otherwise

• Travel fees may apply outside Auckland

• Additional charges for Friday deliveries in Auckland (4:00 PM - 7:30 PM)

• Minimum function charge may apply outside Auckland

• Prices include food supply and are subject to change

​🚗 Travel and Service

• We're not responsible for delays due to traffic, road works, weather, or vehicle issues

• Please provide shelter and lighting for our staff in bad weather or low light conditions

• We service our vans every six months for your safety

​👥 Guest Numbers and Pricing

• Minimum guest numbers refer to paying adults

• We reserve the right to charge for unexpected additional guests

​❌ Cancellation Policy

• Within 3 months of event: Deposit non-refundable

• Within 7 days of event: 50% of function cost payable

• Deposits not refunded without sufficient notice

​🍽️ Food and Leftovers

• Bring your own containers for leftovers

• We'll pack leftovers if containers are provided promptly

• You're responsible for refrigerating leftover food

• We're not responsible for food you bring to the buffet

​⏰ Timing and Delays

• Please communicate any delays in dining time

• Additional charges may apply for significant delays

• Keep speeches between main and dessert to 30 minutes or less

​💼 Legal and Financial

• Late payment may incur recovery costs
